For most of my life, I felt like I didn't belong.  It was as if the world around me was a superficial cartoon and I didn't know my place or why I was here.  I wasn't always 'gifted', or a 'healer', or a 'lightworker'.  My family wasn't spiritual and I didn't see dead people at an early age.  However, in my 30's I did have a series of enlightening moments where the world around me started to shift and my perspective changed which allowed me to see the world in a completely different light.   

  

Over time, I was drawn to karate, reiki sessions, healing circles, family constellations, Sedona, past life regressions, sweat lodges, Shamans, ancient healing practices, card readings, bio-energy healings, kundalini, meditations, light language activations, crystals, and plant medicine. I consciously developed my abilities through education, training, practice, meditations, karate, yoga, and various experiences. 

 

I am primarily claircognizant, which means I intuitively know things about people and the physical realm without having any evidence for that knowledge.  I am also clairaudient, hearing messages and words from Source which allows me to speak intuitively to the Spirit realm.  Animal spirits bring their own messages into my sessions to share additional insights.  I now use these abilities to create healing in the physical, emotional, and mental bodies of my clients.
